What minutiae

For EIGHT (really 9), George Bush got tough questions about how he was sleeping, how he was holding up, what he did on the ranch, what color his new bike was...and now P.Obama's crew is getting the "what did you know, and when did you know it routine"..on steroids... and about bail outs that were set up under the Bush administration...

I am just waiting for Gibbs to lash out at the media as ask THEM why it's taken them 8 long years to start asking piercing questions.

Perhaps , if the media had pressed harder when it could have mattered, we would not be IN this financial mess..

It sounds to me that the press is sensing a pulling-back from the Obama admin...(starting with the Gridiron dinner).

The press is used to a more personal attachment to government, and may be slightly pissed off at being treated like what they are.. paid tattletales, ready to skew any story in any direction, depending on their "pout"iness at any given moment..

I used to think he was over the top but no, he was exactly right.
