Dear Michael Moore
When you're finished exposing the crooks on Wall Street, would you please start working on the Get Rich Private Prison neo-slavery.
Who else is profiting from locking up young men. How does the network operate? This is the next scandal waiting to erupt.

1. Right. If you lock up enough young men and send the others overseas in war,
there won't be enough angry young men around to revolt. Plus there's all that free labor for private businesses and plenty of bodies to provide a liver or kidney here and there for the privileged.

3. Ding ding
Of course you can also test all sorts of medications on them as well.
If these prisons hold really dangerous men, you alone control their movements as well, so you can also let them out for certain 'jobs'.
This is a very dangerous business.

4. $87 million
according to BBC.

Who else? Congressmen and women? Judges (two were caught recently), lawyers?
Police? School principals? Big pharma?
This needs to be investigated.

6. Absolutely. And here in Palm Beach County the local county jail
has so many problems. Very bad food, under staffed and the list goes on. Vendors provide the meals and many other services because it's cheaper...

5. People don't care...
I think for the most part the American people are eager to throw their fellow citizens in jail, if not kill them, regardless of their age. There is zero interest in any kind of rehabilitation..again..regardless of their age. 15 year old kids being sentenced to adult prison for life. No thought as to why this is happening. No thought as to cause and effect. I, me, mine, and everyone else can go eff themselves.

9. They'll care when they find out the truth
They cared a lot more about both Bushco's reign of terror after Fahrenheit 911 and the state of healthcare after Sicko.

11. Yes mainly they just can't bring themselves to believe that
the pillars of their local communities - in many cases - would be that evil.

It the reason BushCo got away with so much.

People don't want to believe the leader of our country could be that bad.

15. Indeed
the number of incarcerations from foster homes is beyond frightening.
Child abuse is always depressing.
