1. The Coleman court challenge of Franken's recount victory is done, and the judges are deliberating
They've been sequestered for more than a week. One of Coleman's attorneys recently said in a radio interview that he expects Franken's lead to grow slightly after the judges announce their decision.

After that, Coleman is certain to appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court. If they decide against him, Minnesota's Republican Governor and Democratic Secretary of State would be required by state law to issue a certification of Franken's victory.

At that point, the U.S. Senate would presumably move to seat Franken. The Republican minority swears they'd filibuster this seating of the legal winner of an election. That had damn well better be one filibuster threat that Harry Reid doesn't bow to.
