Just imagine the surprise on their faces, When the old cargo ship they are stalking, and suddenly the sides of a few shipping crates on deck open to show well armed troops, and crew served heavy weapons..

We could convince the entire world to stopping raiding their fish supplies and to stop dumping toxic waste offshore (which kills their agricultural and fishing base). We could also attempt to offer to revitalize their farming industry with some investment, such that people there can make a living without stealing. Just a silly thought.

Just about any ship could be adapted to do it, even if it's in service I'll bet.

Those guys like to scare the shit out of tankers by threatening them with RPGs.

Maybe they could launch some mini drones with small, aimable weapons...come down on 'em from on high when they don't even see 'em.

Right now, there's Navy aircraft on scene as well as at least one vessel (likely more within steaming distance).
