Including the cost of Al's lawyers.

When he loses, it seems fair that he should pay for wasting everyone's time and money.

*edited to change "If he loses" to "When he loses"

2. I believe if he loses he will be liable for not only his own but also Franken's legal expenses.

4. I think what irritates me most
and there are many things that irritate me about this, is that if this were a Democrat doing this...the pubes would be shrieking at the top of their gilded lungs about the obvious obstruction and it would be on a continuous loop on the teevee that the Democrats were attempting to override "the will of the people". There is very LITTLE media coverage on this and I have seen NOTHING on MSM about Coleman trying to subvert the election.
And I think back to the last two elections with bush and the OBVIOUS malfeasance involved and how we just backed down...without a whole lotta fight...I am GLAD Franken has stood his ground to take his rightfully earned seat.
I only wish we had always done this.
