And I would venture that the majority of the population can follow their lineage back thousands of years. How did they ever survive for five thousand years without the USA protecting them from themselves? I just don't understand... The GOP talking point is that if we leave they will kill each other off and there will no longer be anyone left. Mass killing is how they put it. I guess what has been going on there for the last seven years is called something else. The point here is we need to get the heck out of there YESTERDAY and let those people be..I find zero logic in the argument that without the USA the Iraqi people can not survive.
