1. Disappointing to hear McShame say that prosecution would set a bad precedent...
imo not prosecuting for instituting torture would set a horrible precedent.

2. Not really a surprising response from McLame.
Thank God he is not the president right now. We can have the hearings and investigations over the summer. Instead of going on summer recess, we could get to the bottom of this.

4. If Prez had said there was nothing wrong with torture half the repugs
would be against it. Anything to not support Obama, that's their mission.

5. I always wondered what would happen if the roles were reversed
9/11 happening on Obama's watch, the Patriot Act, Yellow Cake and WMDS, Iraq war on faulty intelligence. I guarentee he wouldn't make it to a second term like Bush considering how few liberals were on TV at the time.
