He basically admits to knowing about and authorizing these procedures, having a paper trail leading right to his filing cabinet.

Listen Dick, Torture is illegal, it is not relevant if it worked or not. It is a violation of law. Period, end of sentence.

4. So he is admitting to several felonies and war crimes! Holder should lock him up!
Although I think he's still claiming that water-boarding is not torture, but that issue has already been adjudicated.
