The Very Veggie Vegan Restaurant is under new management.

For decades the restaurant had a wide array of tasty, healthy offerings..

Vegans and vegetarians from all over, vame to eat there, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Over time, the neighborhood changed, and a new crowd of people moved in.. Some of them..actually a LOT of them, seemed to not like vegetables all that much

It got harder to make a buck, so the proprietor decided to change the menu and the sign..

It's now Specter's Spectacular Sausage Shop..

Y'all come, now..y'hear!

3. I think it's probably half and half

Quite a few people have become veg heads through going on the bible diet laid out in Genesis and they tend to be GOP.

Then there are the Seventh Day Adventists, not a particularly liberal bunch.

It's more like a funky bar and grill going upscale as the neighborhood changes.
