Obama Organization Returning to SC in May with Staff and Offices, Hiring Now
Organizing for America is preparing to hire staff and open permanent office(s) in South Carolina in May. During May there will be a “listening tour” throughout the state to engage and prepare to reactivate the Obama Organization in South Carolina as a permanent presence to support the President’s agenda starting with healthcare, energy and education. Following the listening tour, a four month project to support the President’s Health Care Agenda will begin, including some new methods which will connect South Carolinians with opportunities to improve their access to adequate care using programs already put in place by the administration which the SC State Government has neglected to promote as being available to residents.

They’re selecting professional staff now and welcome resumes from committed community organizers.

Yes!!! Finally going around the incompetent state Dem party. It may take a while, but at last somebody will be here to counter GOP memes.

with some union victories, we will be coming on strong in 2010. No guarantees. It will be a tough fight...but, aint' they the best ones! You know, the tougher the fight, the greater the glory!

5. Genius!!!!
...including some new methods which will connect South Carolinians with opportunities to improve their access to adequate care using programs already put in place by the administration which the SC State Government has neglected to promote as being available to residents.

Gee, now why would the SC govt neglect to promote available programs?

This is a great move for so many reasons. Naturally it's going to help the people who need it. It'll make people aware of some of the ways the Obama administration is trying to assist the working class. And it's going to shine a light on the obstructionism of the GOP.

Now when will Organizing for America be coming to Georgia?

7. there's an element of danger..
in crossing the street. I can't imagine living in a state where I would be that afraid of others all the time. Sounds like a horrible way to live.

8. I'm related to some of them.
However, if we are ever going to improve anything in this state, it has to start now. This is the best thing I've heard in years. If somebody wants to get in the Obama staffs' faces, I will be right there beside that staff with bells on.
If we let the wingnuts scare us away, we don't deserve any better. It won't be easy, but nothing here ever is it seems.
I'm just sayin...
