I loved Jonathan Turley's Analogy yesterday..
I am paraphrasing here..


Defending torture by pointing to its effectiveness is like saying Bank Robbery is an effective way to withdraw cash from the bank...



I cant think of better way to drive home the point against the stupid torture defenders.

law school is fun?

I had professors in all sorts of classes who came up with analogies like that, making the lessons so easy to understand and conceptualize.

Now, in Turley, we have a great law professor turned loose on the people smart enough to watch KO and Rachel. He's aces.......
