If I could make a living doing them - then things will look up

laid off a week or so ago, and then on the way to vet's office with the dog got into a car accident. Not hurt, but car is totaled..

I'm in a bit of a freak-out mode

(dog ripped a nail right at the base of the pad, raggy ends, limping a bit - thought she should be checked out -- she's ok, rescheduled vet appointment for and evening appointment later this week)

9. job hunt

drafting jobs far and few between in this area - when I first moved here there were lots of manufacturing plants, but slowly they have been shutting down

had an interveiw last wednesday - went well. they did say they had one more interview to do today and would call me soon...

hoping they call me today - I could use a bit of good news
