Nope. Neither one available & I googled all over.

Well, it goes like this:

Hi and Thirsty are walking in the neighborhood and there's a neighbor putting up a HIGH fence, saying, "I'm preparing for the inevitable .... (next frame) when society collapses and people start looting, I'll be protected."

Leaving him behind, Hi says, "That guy creeps me out" and Thirsty replies, "Yeah. I'm glad he's fencing himself in."

8. The wingnut neighbor has just the wee bit edge over the line look to him.

In the "normal" world of Hi and Lois, he sticks out just enough.

By the bye, Glenn BECK has been having conflicts with his Coneticut neighbors and local government over his wanting to build a (seven?) foot fence entirely around his many acres, while the local limit is four feet. He tried getting around it by building the foundation up by several feet, then putting the fence ATOP this. He said he needed it because of illegal aliens and hate threats against him by hostile listeners.
