Suspect of accused of throwing baby from car: "It's a dirty game."

Tampa, Florida - Deputies say the man who kidnapped his ex-girlfriend's baby son and threw the boy from his car as he drove along Interstate 275 early Tuesday morning has been caught not far away. The baby did not survive.

Not long after 9 a.m., police say someone spotted Richard McTear, Jr. on or around Arlington Avenue near Tampa Heights. Officers say McTear was taken into custody without incident.

As officers led McTear into a sheriff's office holding area, he shot profanities at journalists.

A reporter asked "How can you throw a baby out the window?" He replied: "It's a dirty game." He paused, then repeated himself: "It's dirty game."

She had filed a domestic violence petition against him, but then she didn't show up to see it through. That's a regret she's going to have forever.
