1. Yes, it's continuing its spread.

The reason the coverage stopped is because the current strain was determined to have a normal mortality rate. The WHO and CDC will continue to track it and monitor for new mutations.

We won't know its true fatality rate probably until this winter when there is a bigger sample to examine. As of now, the US has more cases than any other country in the world

Still watching it spread, slowly. Still reading about monitoring it and trying to figure out what will happen next. Hoping it will fade away, but I'll be watching in 6 months when it may come through again. Will try to do a "consolidate threads" again then also.

Now, the msm and people with short term interests are off to another bright shiny thing.
