Poll question: If Dennis Kucinich had been sworn in as President on Jan. 20th 2009
How long would it have been before a post on DU had more than 25 "recs" titled "He's no better than a God Damn Republican!"

relentlessly.

7. Dennis being elected is as much of a fantasy as this poll

3. As soon as he announced escalation in Afghanistan, tribunals in Cuba, passes for torturers and
industry-approved health plans.

14. Right, they'd say "He's no better than a Communist"

10. I dismiss your entire premise
Kucinich could never be elected president.

11. Not enough choices in this poll
The poll presupposes it would happen at least in the first 100 days. That doesn't seem likely to me. There's a reasonable chance it wouldn't ever happen.

12. You say that like it's a bad thing
Not even Dennis is perfect, and I love him dearly.
One of the apostles reportedly doubted Jesus.
Not even the son o god gets 100% approval.

The point is that someone must always be pointing out that the emperor is not well hung, and naked, for that matter.
Otherwise the next guy to call himself that wont just be a crazy naked guy on the street corner with a squeegee.

almost as bad as if Palin were elected as I think they both are better candidates at rallying issues than at rationale governance.
