Poll question: Who is the best unintentional spokesperson for the Democratic Party?
In other words, who does the best job of accidentally kicking the Republican Party into orbit?

3. O'Reilly by a long shot. He reaches the most conservatives
And therefore we can argue that he holds the main conservative ideology. Since he is a fucking moron, we can use that to argue that the republican base is full of morons. In turn, we can argue that our side is countering the side of morons.

We win.

4. Most of the talking heads are just speaking to the already-converted...

so I think it would have to be someone outside of the right-wing media. Steele is doing a nice job of alienating people thus far. Cheney certainly qualifies.

5. I think per appearance Michelle Bachman is quite impressive
For instance, in one interview she almost lost her seat after leading by 20 points or so. She is really good at the crazy.

8. Other, George W Bush, he's a large part of why the young are with us so strongly
As a young person (23 years old) I have to say I'm disappointed you didn't include George W Bush in that list. The disgust at what a horrible job Bush did in so many areas in the white house, and all of his very divisive campaign rhetoric (such as using hatred for gay marriage as a rallying cry for conservatives) has probably burned the GOP's bridges for life with the current under 30 crowd. I mean Obama won their votes by a 2 to 1 margin on election day, and I can tell you I used to hang out a few gaming sites when I was in high school where most people were between 13 to 21 years old, and whenever politics was discussed there 'conservative' was like a bad word, probably somewhere between 8/10's to 9/10's of the people at that site hated (and I mean REALLY hated) Bush & republicans & a lot of their agenda.

That in itself will do a LOT of long term damage to the GOP, as one political pundit once put it, the current under 30 crowd will be voting against George W Bush well into their 80's if they live long healthy lives.
