That's the crux of this item from TechCrunch.com. Seems that we (here in SC) are pretty much free to secede any time we like (...but please toss me a life-raft before cutting us loose). Hey, seceding is what we do best around these parts, isn't it? None of that Yankee Daniel Webster's "liberty and union, now and forever, one and inseparable" stuff around here, right?
