They're all talking like every single one of these people are guilty and pose a threat to America. In the end, I'd be surprised if we were left with even ten of them that we have to figure out what to do with.

7. the problem is, they have never been charged or found guilty of any crime.

guess that's why they are at GITMO in the first place. we are not supposed to do these things to people. if they are terrorists now, i frankly wouldn't blame them after what we have done to them. why is bringing them to US bad, again?? i mean, we have all manner of criminals in our prison system. terry nichols is still here, isn't he?? he is a domestic terrorist.... how are they more dangerous to us here than in cuba?
