Anyone here ever downloaded mp3 files from any on-line store in Russia before?

See, I just found a very hard to find track from a 1987 Carlos Santana album at this Russian Mp3 download store, where you can get ALL of the tracks of a CD for $1.05 each (or $0.15 per track) and was wondering is anyone else had done this yet?

And is this legal for us here in the U.S. to download music from Russia?

6. Hey! I found it! They moved the "Entertainment" Forum! The moved it (or sub-divided the Topics)...

...I'm not sure which it was, but it's now in the bottom group of the Topic forums under "Culture Forums" just under the "Issue Forums." :hangover:

Oh well, If any mod wants to move this there, I have no problem with that, just don't move this to the Lounge please.:blush: :evilgrin:

I used mp3sugar.com out of moscow. Never a problem. Dowloaded about 100 albums.

3. riaa doesn't think so....but legal under Russian law

(the *ssholes at) riaa sued them for 150000 for each of the 11 million songs at the end of 2005

4. Cool! Thanks for the link! $0.15 per song is a price I even I can afford, and besides...

...I really don't think anyone who already bought these old albums on Cassette Tape, 8-Track or even Vinyl LP once, should have to pay full price to buy them again to replace the Crappy or ruined Cassette copy or Obsolete 8-track tape copies, that they already bought one, again.

Did anyone else here buy Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon on 8-Track? It took years of not hearing that album on 8-Track before a stopped expecting the fade-out "click" Fade-in on the 3 best songs on that album.
