My guess is the firsts words out of his mouth are, "Saddam cooperated and they lynched him."

I just see the dude as a batshit insane sociopath and sporting a nasty inferiority complex.

The joke could have been appropriate(in the above post) if spelled with a L and not R. The joke is that a dictator is a lonely and isolated megalomanic. What is funny about the R sound? It doesn't enhance the joke in any way.

It churns my stomache just like Mickey Rooney's yellowface bit in Breakfast at Tiffany's.
