More Often than NOT!
Sotomayo says that, then, she, in response to a question on where would be the best place to get broad experience, as a clerk. Says that in appelatte court, they make law. These are true statements, in their context. The context, though, is not readily appparent. Her statement, makes her case, that a judge should have not been locked in Rapunzel's castle spire. She says that she HOPES that MORE OFTEN THAN NOT. I dont need to define the definition of is. That means she HOPES, her experiences afford her a better decision than others might, by potentially, 50.00000000000000000000000000000000000000001 to infinity. This is a very sophistocated way of addressing a question HUMBLY. Regarding her fitness, as opposed to others, for service. It may be a slight bit cheeky, but anyone that affords her that meager portion of cheek, when they idolize Scalia, I call bullshit. As for Scalia, he also said that appellate courts MAKE law. This, when a lower court is overturned. And there is no precident. Or Stare Decisis. The republicans want to bruise this pres. No matter how. They readily admit it. In their face. slam her home. She is solid. Make them burn her in effigy. Hopefully, in full view of Mexico, and mexican americans. And women. And the poor. I wish she was MORE anticorporate, but perhaps, when Obama has some clout, not based on any honeymoon period, with political capital to burn, he can give us true balance, on the court. Bernie Sanders for SC Justice. Or Feingold. Hey, I started off in reality.
