4. Is it really a vanity plate? Looked for the KS numbering scheme from that time and can not find

anything. It could be a regular plate, could be a vanity. Not sure there is enough out there to say either way.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 50's or 60's with grey hair that is balding in the middle. He is about 6'1" and about 220 pounds and was wearing a white shirt and dark pants.

The suspect was last seen in a light blue Ford Taurus, possibly an early 1990's model. It has a K-State vanity plate and a Kansas license plate number 225 BAB.

16. Vanity plates are a different color in KS

So it would be obvious if it was a vanity plate.

But our plates are 3 numbers followed by 3 letters. So we need to know if the plate was white (not vanity) or light brown (vanity).

Merriam is a suburb of KC, only a few blocks away. Marion is a county close to Wichita.

But the car is registered to an owner in Merriam.

A women's clinic not far from there has had its locks super glued twice in the last week.
