And not hidden or spirited out of the country like previous "pro-life" terrorists were, you know who will be first in line to pay for the best lawyers their money can buy?

"Pro-life" groups like "Operation Rescue" and whatnot.

I mean, for 8 years white, conservative fundamentalist Christians have made shrill arguments that terrorists do not have rights, that terrorists can be jailed without probable cause or due process, or habeas corpus or a jury trial. Or does that only apply to Muslims?

Obama has said he plans to continue military tribunals: well let's try 'em out on this fucker.
