Hence my "sarcasm" tag on my message.

But by the EXACT same criteria Bush, Cheney and the rest of their goons used to justify their own use of torture, could be used on this terrorist.
And we could do like Cheney does, and just re-name the torture.

If the torture apologists like Limbaugh disagree, it'll show them for the racist sadistic swine that they are.
