If it is illegal to yell "fire" in a public space
it ought well be illegal to incite people to kill liberals and women's health providers.
When will the line be crossed?
People like O'realy and Limpballs will never understand until they are made to pay the consequences for abetting a crime.
We need to call for a national law against hate mongering!
Inciting people to kill others is not free speech!

1. It's not always illegal to yell "fire" in a public space
An actor in a play can do it if it's in the script.

Anyone can do it if there really is a fire.

Etc. etc. etc.

killed trying to escape, am I not responsible?
Provided there is no real fire.

6. Of course, but things are not always so black and white
Anyone who specifically said doctors who perform abortions should be killed is responsible for the murder of a doctor who gets murdered.

I have a size thirteen foot and time to use it. I hesitate to use the word hate, but I will say I strongly dislike these jackasses. My apologies to all the jackasses out there btw.

5. I'm not sure if inciting murder isn't already a crime

Maybe someone with more knowledge than me on this issue can enlighten us.

7. It is, but damned hard to prove
After the website with the bulls eyes on doctors pictures, they have been much more careful.

8. apples and oranges...
first off- it's not always illegal to yell fire in a public space- a crowded theatre- yes. an empty park- no. the reason it's illegal to do so is so as not to induce a mass panic that leads to people being trampled.
