"And here's tonight's talking points memo..."
"And here's tonight's talking points memo... Violence is not answer. Never is. Now some far out left wing blogs like Time and Newsweek want to tie yours truly to this horrible act of violence. It's a tragedy... and a travesty... but you can't blame a news organization for telling the truth--spin free--just because some deranged lunatic reacts to that truth in a deranged way.

Sorry, folks, no sell. It's for crazies like this Scott Roeder character that stores sell bullet proof vests--to protect the very same irresponsible actors, like Dr Tiller, when they set crazy men like Roeder off. But all this program, hosted by yours truly did, was report. the. news. Not our fault when bad things happen; as a legitimate news organization, we have to report the news. This is no time to call for censorship as my critics on the far left are doing today.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Dr Tiller's family."

No cute nicknames like Tiller the Killer or rants about "taking just $5000 to kill anybody's baby, just because he feels like it."

1. "irresponsible actors, like Dr Tiller, when they set crazy men like Roeder off"
He brought it on himself!

:sarcasm:

2. Well, he won't *say* Tiller brought it on himself, but
O'Reilly's probably gonna position himself as "an objective news journalist" simply reporting the facts--no spin--on the violent contest between the pro-life and pro-abortion forces.

3. "objective" couldn't be further from the truth. Disgusting. And "journalist" for
that matter.

4. Seems to me it's people like Bill O the Clown that set crazy people like
Scott Roeder off. People like Bill O encourage crazies, set up the targets for the crazies, goad the the crazies, and provide justification for the crazies to kill other people. If not for Bill O and people like him, would Roeder have even known about Dr. Tiller? Wouldn't Scott Roeder have had to hunt down someone in his own family or neighborhood if Bill O and Operation Rescue had not car fully pointed Scott Roeder at Dr. Tiller?

The Tiller family should file a law suit against Bill O, Fox News and Operation Rescue for every damn dime they have.

In fact, if Bill-o cruises DU (as I'm sure he does), we may hear some of those very words this evening.

6. should gather up a bunch of the quotes from RWers saying that any minor criticism of Bush by
a Dem on TV was tantamount to handing an Islamic terrorist a bomb and a jet airliner ...

and then say "Okay, so if that logic applies, how does Bill O'Reilly encouraging, multiple times, the harassment of a doctor, to the point where a lunatic decides to assassinate him?"
