1. I can't stand Douche Gregory
Used to laugh when Mike Malloy referred to Tim Russert as "media whore #1" because Tim wasn't exactly critical of Bush Crime Family policies & actions.

But compared to Douche, he might as well have been Edward R. Murrow

2. Thanks to the digital switchover
I no longer get any TV at all, so I no longer watch anything. Does my vote still count?

4. Ya look at the lineup and the panel each week
and it doesn't take a lot to play what is going on in one's mind.
I always end the show in my head with David and Karl dancing, embracing, kissing.

5. In Chicago it's hard to predict when it will even be on.
I think they bumped it for a poker game last week.

7. I like it much better now.
Tim Russert's guests were often nothing but GOP stoolies for BushCo, and we never got to "Meet the Press." Now, at least, we get to hear from someone other than the Cheney Club. And Gregory doesn't step on people's answers like Russert used to do.

And also, there are people from what's left of "the press" that we actually get to "meet" on the show, who talk about the issues of the day....like the OLD MTP used to be, back when it was in black and white!

Probably not a popular view here, since people love to hate Gregory since he dared to be a good sport at the Press Club dinner.

They forget him pissing off "Que bueno" George at the Chirac press conference. That, to me, was one helluva fine thing to see!
