Dr. Tiller might still be alive.

It looks like again -- as before -- we are looking at some game playing with

police/FED enforcement of FACE laws -- and in protecting clinics and their workers.

Let's hope that Obama will keep them moving on this.

I didn't know about the HOT LINE into DOJ during Clinton administration.
Think that's something that should definitely be back up.

But, we need some real enforcement of law here and some real investigations.
The right-wing and religious anti-abortion networks are still holding and I could
tell from Terry Randall's phone call with Randi Rhodes the other day that he was
terrified of the "terrorism" label being expanded to them. I think they suit it to a "T."

They have succeeded in creating a great climate of fear where the right-wing propaganda
thrives. Democrats are certainly doing a very weak job of response. We have to keep
pushing them all on this. They act as if late term abortion is something to be ashamed of!

Of course, we know that the moment one of their loved ones needed this kind of medical
care would be the moment it would be a godsend!

not have been available to murder Dr. Tiller.
