Yes, I know it would be expensive.
Yes, I know it would require a lot of storage.
Yes, I know the equivalent of Agent Mike might be lurking there already. Whatever the Feds find out will
stay with the Feds, however.

When (not if, WHEN) the next Freeper goes off, we need to be able to get the information out
to the public, and more importantly- find out who their allies are.

I know DU has a lot of good amateur cyber sleuths, so when Freeper X goes off, we can track down
Freepers Y,Z, and L thru Q who have supported him.

I know it's a lot to ask, but it *is* important

2. IIRC, doesn't the FBI use a program called "Carnivore" that backs up everything?
The already have all the info on the Freepers whether they scrub it or not.

If we can get a hold of it, as it is posted-

A. We can make it public, and

B. The sort of DUers who did the sterling jobs of DIY cybersleuthing when the previous Stormfront Lite, err,
Free Republic posters went off, will have more to work on.

Think of it this way- If the Freeper spree shooters are the KKK, then who are the modern equivalent
of the White Citizens Councils, who quietly support them and don't get their hands dirty?

If there is anything positive at all about this, it's that Roeder, von Brunn, etc. tend to have
the felony motormouth and post all over the interwebs.

We may be able to find out if we have our own datamining operation.

5. But Google will pull caches when the Feds ask them to.
We need information that won't disappear.
