Individuals that work in a corporation can donate, but the company itself, cannot. Is that correct?

2. Oh c'mon......you can't "gift" more than (I think) $20,000 to a person.....
....so the rich (who can "think outside of the box" ~ as we ALL should).....let's say give $20,000 to each of their four friends, who then "gift" it back to the daughter who is suffering from cancer and needs it to pay her bills.

Simple. That's how it REALLY works for people who have a "little bit-o-money"....AND the rich.

3. Corporations can create PACs which donate.
The PACs get money from managers or employees, not directly from the corporate treasury.

The corporation itself can't donate.

4. The corporation itself can donate to managers or employees,
which then, in turn, "keep" a small percentage for themselves, and donate what they've been told to donate.

Isn't it rich?
