2. Here's my only thought process...

Perhaps the courts are trying to give Coleman a graceful way to exit. It's clear he's not going to win this thing so perhaps Norm will do the right thing and concede before the final verdict comes out thus trying to make him look a bit better AND take Pawlenty out of a jam.

that Coleman owed Franken that amount for specific fees required to sustain his, Franken's, assertion. That can't have been the attorney's fees, I'm sure they're approaching the astronomical
