Ah-Mad-In-The-Head hammed up his election theft too much.

It shows he's an amateur.

As much as we all hate people like Karl Rove, at least recognize that he understands that election theft must be kept subtle, so as to preserve legitimacy. Note how he only stole elections that were close, kept the final numbers close, and made damned sure that the election results still seemed plausible.

Ah-Mad-In-The-Head took an election that was going 65-35 the other way, and flipped the numbers to 65-35 his way. Who's gonna believe that?

Sure, he's probably going to win the day today, because he and the mullahs have the most armed thugs.

But he just lost his status as duly-elected President of Iran. Now he's just another two-bit dictator. Before long, he'll be as hated as the Shah.

1. He's screwed up any chances he had with the international set
Before today, I would have been pissed off at an Israeli surgical strike on the nuclear plants.

Today, not so much.

3. The 65 - 35 flip reminds me way too much of 2004.
I am really feeling bad for the people of Iran today :(

4. Let's hope Ah-Mad-In-The-Head gets the same fate as the Shah...

5. I thought I was losing my mind. I too could swear it was in the reverse earlier yesterday
when I was listening, only to hear of the amazing "reversal" in his favor later in the day.

Not subtle. Not subtle at all

6. Now, the game is on---is it the GUARDIAN council that controls, or a tinpot unwashed dictator,
backed up by thuggish mullahs and their crazed followers?

The shah may have been a dictatorial thug, but at least you could wear your blue jeans and listen to your tapes without catching shit from the morality police!!! AND you could hang out in the park with girls and boys together! If you're not going to have rights, you should at least be able to buy a bottle of whiskey!

This guy is a social prude, a feminist's nightmare, AND he's stripping power and assets from the people.

He needs to watch his back, I think.

9. I think the Supreme Leader wanted Mousawi to win. That's why I think the
dinner jacket is big trouble--that he's looking to whack the Supreme.

If the Supreme gets whacked, then Dinner Jacket's a dictator. And Iran will really be in the shits. I never thought it could possibly get worse. I was wrong.

7. The George W. Bush of the Middle East.
Sadly, I'm not shocked at stolen elections anymore. If it can happen here, it can happen anywhere, though it happening in Iran is hardly shocking. Now I know how the world felt as they watched W steal the election twice, dreading having to deal with an insufferable fool for the next few years.

10. The last election in Iran was stolen and rigged. I think that's why
The Dinner Jacket felt he had a "right" to do it again, since the playing field was gamed to give him a win the last time around.

Thing is, it ain't up to him--that's where he overstepped. And I do think HE did the overstepping and cheating.

I do wonder what Khameini and the Guardians are gonna do, now.
