Did anyone hear that there were calls out for people to change their Twitter locations

Did anyone hear that there were calls out for people to change their Twitter locations
to Tehran so that the government there would have trouble trying to track down Iranian activists using Twitter to get the message out.

I thought that was very cool.

but in reality that has no real value. Far better to enable tunnelling software so people can gain external access.

and you will see the calls for changing locations in the hopes of foiling the government spies.
