3. don't shed your clothes and start warming up just yet
Coleman will fight a decision that declares Franken the winner, and who knows what Pawlenty will do- or Reid.

6. The MN Supreme Court will order Pawlenty to certify Franken as the winner
which gives Pawlenty the political cover to do it. Coleman can fight it as long as he can, but he experts I have heard over many hours on MN Public Radio agree that SCOTUS will not even hear the case. Game over.

7. As much as I want Franken to win, I don't relish the thought of you naked
At least you are more than half a country away.

Hope you can enjoy your streak.

10. Unless the ruling orders Pawlenty to certify, it'll mean nothing
The Governor will NOT certify Franken by himself. And Coleman will start chattering about taking this to the US Supreme Court.

11. I believe Franken is in DC right now. I know he flew
there a day or two ago.

If the SCOMN rules today, the Senate may just seat him. They can do that if they wish. This could be a good day.

Note: I predicted that the decision would come out this week a few days ago, here on DU.
