You KNOW DAMNED WELL AND GOOD the Republicans are going to screw you.

With the Democrats, you get all hyped for them to do the right thing, then they screw you.

3. The DNC called me for a donation last night

And that is essentially what I told them. There are too many Democrats voting like Republicans for me to give to any national or state Democratic organization. My donations will go to specific candidates who seem to know what it means to be a Democrat.

4. The GOP knows how to get things done

They are so brazenly hypocritical that it is almost jaw dropping to watch. But they got things done. They got Bush's tax cuts in 2001 & 2003 passed via budget reconciliation, now they claim budget reconciliation for healthcare is unfair. They filibustered tons of judges during Clinton, threatened the nuclear option in 2005, now are threatening filibusters again.
