Obama and Congress need to override the Supreme Court on the usage of DNA evidence
Convicted criminals do not have a constitutional right to obtain access to a state's biological evidence to conduct DNA testing when pursuing claims of innocence, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Thursday.

By a 5-4 vote, the nation's highest court refused to create a new legal right for post-conviction DNA testing, which has exonerated at least 232 people nationwide years after they had been found guilty.

This right wing Supreme Court is threatening "innocent until proven guilty" with this ruling.

It's time to undo the damage.

How?

Obama and Congress should do something similar for this.

1. Though I disagree with this ruling....
Post-conviction=proven guilty in our system. Not a good argument.
(I understand many people have been exonerated "post-conviction, but that argument turns or system on it's head.)
