Gas Station To Offer 'Terror-Free' Oil

Gas Station To Offer 'Terror-Free' Oil
February Grand Opening Planned

POSTED: 12:29 pm PST January 22, 2007
UPDATED: 4:08 pm PST January 22, 2007

OMAHA, Neb. -- Area drivers will soon be able to fill up with gasoline made from "terror-free oil."

KETV in Omaha reports that a gas station is about to open near 129th and Q streets named Terror Free Oil, and the idea is to offer consumers petroleum products from countries that do not sponsor terror.

The gas station is associated with the Terror-Free Oil Initiative. The group's objective is to encourage Americans to buy gasoline that originated from countries that do not export or finance terrorism. A representative said that Omaha's will be the first of several terror-free oil gas stations to open across the country.

"The terror-free oil initiative is dedicated to encouraging Americans to buy gasoline that originated from countries that do not export or finance terrorism," according to the group's Web site.

2. Must mean that they don't use any domestic oil, too
cause the US has (whenever its been convenient) explicitedly sponsored terror. Thats including the funding and training of radical Islamic fundamentalists by Bush Sr and St Reagan.

3. Why not just go to Citgo?
Just because Chavez can't stand Bush** doesn't mean he sponsors terrorism, y'know.

6. Good advertising....
"From a business perspective, it's kind of a neat way to differentiate yourself from the competition. To me, that sounds an awful lot like what we in environmental economics refer to as eco-labeling. Like, when you purchase a can of tuna with a symbol that there was no harm to dolphins to catch the tuna," Decker said.

******

IMO, people will go with the cheapest gas for the most part. I expect to see a lot of magnet-wearing SUV's with 'W' stickers there.

neo-con propaganda! http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=TerrorFreeOil">Here and http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=TerrorFreeOil1">here (links to their two Youtube accounts).

The Youtube user in question -- who IS related to terrorfreeoil.org somehow (I found links to these videos on terrorfreeoil.org) -- regularly blocks/spams people who post negative comments on his videos. How do I know? I'm blocked on both accounts :). What did he spam my profile with? The most vile, anti-Islamic shit you can imagine. Racist, bigoted, foul stuff, which I will not repeat here.

Whoever they are, they are not "friendlies". They're probably more likely to use profits to commit terror themselves, against "liberals".

edit:

forgot to mention his even older username: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=intelsum">intelsum

So this Joe Kaufman guy is their "spokesperson". He is a regular contributor at http://www.frontpagemag.com">FrontPage Magazine and the chairman of "http://www.americansagainsthate.org/">Americans Against Hate". Also the founder of "http://www.americansagainsthate.org/cw">CAIR Watch".

Not cool.

10. Yeah, I don't see how that's possible.
Unless there are companies that get oil from some preapproved "non-terrorist" country ( which would be...what? Lichetstein? East Timor?), and they only have thier own refinary.

See oil from all over the world gets put on tankers and taken to refineries. It's not separated by countries, and there's no "flavors".

It seems like someone's found a way to make a couple of bucks of some really, really stupid people.

Excellent use of marketing, BTW. It will probably get endorsements from O'Reilly et al within a day!!

(lol)

13. Read posts 9 and 11 (d'oh).
I've found out a lot about this Joe Kaufman guy. Even found a http://youtube.com/watch?v=L3gXoJU3VIM">clip of him on Faux. I'm convinced he's the owner of those 3 accounts I mentioned earlier. He's full of hate. "Islamonazi camelfucker religion of piss" etc. No wonder Faux wanted him on.

Yes, boredom struck }(.
