Maybe he should refer to Iran as part of the Axis of Evil
Then he could make up stuff as a precursor to invasion
Then we could invade
Then we could be stuck there for seven or eight years
We could spend billions a day, while billions of other dollars just disappear
Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups could move in and set up bases
He could give no bid contracts to corrupt cronies and allies to provide sub-par services to our troops
He could extend enlistment commitments -- Stop Gap
We could get thousands of US Soldiers killed
We could get hundreds of thousands of Iranian civilians killed
Destroy billions in infrastructure
Create a humanitarian nightmare, where millions are forced to flee the country, while millions of others live in squalor dying of disease, malnutrition, etc

4. As I recall the Buchanan's opposed the war in Iraq
And they tend to lean towards the Arab states (including Turkey, Iran and Pakistan) in Middle Eastern Affairs

2. What would happen if Obama fully supports the opposition
and then they have another election that Ahmedinejad wins again?

We'd look a little foolish.

Obama has been playing this correctly. Call for a peaceful resolution, reaffirm the importance of a fair election and let this play itself out.

3. Time to "spread some more Democracy"
God that sends chills down my spine. After all, we've done such a good job of it in Iraq and Afghanistan.

5. I don't think he should have said theres no difference between
the two candidates, that was his one mistake.

I wouldn't mind seeing him be a little more supportive of the protesters too, but I know he's gotta to be careful not to take sides. That could actually help Ahmadinejad, which we wouldn't want to do.

6. Conservative have a twisted idealogy
Where they think any intervention into the lives of American People is awful and any intervention into the lives of a foreign culture is great.

They assume we are smart and they are dumb and not capable of knowing what is in their own best interest.

How many legitimate democracies have conservatives overthrown because they were afraid they were too populist and feared they might drift towards socialism or communism, only to have the companies become ruled by dictators that while friendly to us, were no better for the people in that country than the communist they so feared?
