1. I think by the time unemployment tops out all favorability ratings will be relatively low.

Obama will probably be at just about 50, the Dems will be in the 30s and the Republicans will be in the low 20s and maybe 10s. I think people will be pretty much pissed at everyone until they truly sense things are improving.
