I'm usually allergic to Jim Carrey's films, but really liked it the first time around. Watching it the third time around, the first 10 minutes lay out the Bush-era Bustout Economy in amazingly prescient style -- including a cameo appearance (in the form of a speech on cable news) by ol' Chimpy McChucklenutz himself! Alec Baldwin is pitch-perfect in the role of the total scumbag CEO villain.
3. Several years ago when it came out, I saw it. The Enron crisis
was well known, but the fall out was sweept under the rug. This movie showcased the horror that the bush administration,CEO's, the "banksters" had done to the ecomomic safty of American families. Talk about domestic terrorism.
