That kind of faux, pumped-up machismo didn't sit well with him or with me. I think that's what I truly detest the most about Bush: how incredibly fake he is. Especially some of the women pseudo-journalists seemingly go "ga ga" over military OPS. Yes, I served in the military but damn, it's like these women are trying to work out childhood "daddy bonding."

It's sick ... I love the military but I don't get that giddy gleam in my eye. I think a lot of the reporters get "special attention" from the General Officer staff. They seemingly are blinded by all THE STARS. :puke:

Well, Jennifer ... we're not in Iraq because we got lost wandering, like Moses, in the desert and then asked someone where we were and heard them say "Iraq." We're in Iraq because of an insane, megalomaniacal regime's outright lies and "shock and awe." We gave it FOUR FUCKING YEARS of "chances," Jennifer! We've thrown away uncounted hundreds of thousands of lives on "chances" ... and we have yet to see the flower-strewn streets welcoming our tanks and Hummers with cheers and kisses.
