In appreciation of marmar

I post infrequently but have been a denizen of DU since 2001. The time I spend here each day keeps me informed, educated, on top of the news. I'm extremely grateful for this site and its contributors, and of late have been especially enjoying what marmar brings to the party.

I'm a transplanted Michigander, so the Detroit Tigers logo always catches my eye. But it's the choice of content, the links, and the insightful comments found in his posts that invariably make me glad I took the time to read.

So here's to you marmar! Thanks very much for what you do here; you make it a better (and better-informed) place.
