Supreme Court allowing industry to dump toxins in waterways???
Did I here right???

I don't have the link, but someone told me the NYT wrote an article on the
Supreme court allowing the US Amy Corp of Engineers to let Industry in
Alaska to dump toxins in the waterways.

Don't tell me this is true. This will set presidence for all industry.

I guess Bush/Cheney and the minority of extreme conservatives still rule.

I guess Obama is nothing but a "pretty" presidential puppet.

Where is the EPA and Congress on this issue????/

1. Yep, you HERED right. The Corp of Engineers does not consider polution in their decisions
that is why BushCo yanked the permit issuance from the EPA and gave it to the Corps of Engineers. The ruling indeed was correct. The Congress must give authority back to the EPA.
