His name is Kris Ketz and he is at channel 9 in Kansas City.

When he sent his Tweet, the top story that popped up was the protest in front of his TV station last night. It's listed there as "Some protest Obama Health Plan".

Since he sent out his tweet, a different top story pops up. I tried but apparently you can't link to videos directly, just to the library.
