9. If he really was only 100 lbs as reported...
it wouldn't take much Demerol to cause respiratory arrest. Did he need more and more to help him get thru the dance routines he was practicing? For 6 hours a DAY.

Depending on what other meds he was on, it may turn out to be a deadly cocktail that caused his death.

There may be several doctors sweating bullets right now.
