5. Arlen Specter still has to earn NOT being a DINO...
I don't see his politics radically different from what he was when he was supposedly a "RINO"...

And to this list you probably should add the other Nelson from Florida, and Maria Cantwell (who's usually pretty two faced when it comes to money affecting corporate interests)...
