I knew he had impeachment hearings in the basement at one time...

4. He's not spineless. It's that no one is paying attention to him and
I think this scandal with his wife doesn't help. Now that she has resigned, when it all blows over, we might see a reinvigorated John arise. He has never waffled about nor changed his position on the issues he sponsors.
