Also there are elections in Mexico July 5th. NN will be twittering that too. Very important to follow since the last election in 2006 was stolen by Calderon.

2. Not much is coming out of Honduras as yet
and I found much better information in the Mexican newspapers, along with pictures of considerable resistance like streets blocked with burning tires and other such nuisances.

I hope the right wing, pasty faced colonial oligarchs have jumped the shark this time. By all reports, they ousted a sensible moderate.

This will be very interesting to watch. Again, the US needs to butt out except to condemn the military and possibly pull out diplomats until the dust settles.

My Spanish still sucks, but it's not hard to get the gist.
