Andrea Mitchell,.... is... reading... the ... teleprompter.. worse .. than ..usual
one word at a time

Just ONCE, I'd like to see these prompter-reader/hosts take that damned earpiece out, so they can speak coherently, and not be listening to what the director is saying to them in their ear while they try to talk at the same time... and to cut the damned prompter. Make some notes, read over the information and know what the hell you are going to talk about. News is not a scripted "show".. It is what's happening.

They also need to stop scheduling so damned many "satellite-feed" guests who cannot work with the delay, too.

they have too many "guests" too. If you have a guest with something to say, give them the courtesy to actually say more than 4 soundbytes and buh-byee.

1. You CAN hear it, can't you? - even when they do it "well" - you can still tell that they
have very little or no comprehension of what they are saying - they didn't "Make some notes" to explain the information to themselves, and didn't "read over the information (so that they could) know what the hell (they) are going to talk about." Been there, done that, as a lector at church a couple of times; it's almost impossible to hide, even when you don't make any mistakes, that you don't know what you mean. I've heard a certain local radio host do this; it's crystal clear, even with inflection and emo and all, that the person's mind is not engaged with what she is saying.

2. its embarrassing to watch! lol
when you read (and we've all been there at least once) something and you don't even know what you're saying... we expect more from TEEVEE people who are on a lot, but the OP's points are why they can't concentrate.

3. I'm no fan of Mrs Greenspan...
...but the msnbc producers have been known to yell, scream, and curse at the news readers while they are attempting to read.

4. Today's performance
seems especially halting. Maybe she is not well, or is enjoying Aspen too much.
